Not all turf performs the same. Selecting the wrong sod can impact everything from maintenance costs and irrigation demands to appearance and long-term success. This session is designed to help landscape designers make smarter turf selections based on site conditions, design intent, performance expectations, and client preferences.
Attendees will explore the strengths and limitations of today’s most commonly used turf varieties, including how different grasses respond to sun, shade, traffic, drought, drainage, and maintenance practices. The session will also examine how turf choices influence the overall landscape design, aesthetics, sustainability goals, and customer satisfaction.
Registration is required.
